Corporate Training & In-Service Education
Each year, CSU Extended and Continuing Education units provide specialized education, training, and other instructional services for business, government, and education. In most cases, the education and training is delivered on-site, and is restricted to employees of the contracting agency. Consultation and interactive planning ensure learning outcomes that are jointly satisfactory to the employee and the contracting agent.
During the 1998-99 year, over 220 businesses, government agencies, and other educational bodies participated in education and training administered through campus extended and continuing education units. These educational services included degree programs at the graduate and undergraduate level, certificate programs, in-service education, and specialized professional development courses and workshops from one-day to several weeks in length. The training involved both face-to-face instruction and technology-enhanced learning.
The attached list of 1998-99 corporate training and in-service education activities is designed to illustrate a broad capacity to serve. If you seek education and training not listed in the attachment, please contact the campus extended/continuing education home page for appropriate e-mail contact points and/or telephone numbers. Our job is to serve you. We welcome inquiry and program design/modification recommendation. A member of a campus extended/continuing education unit will delighted to assist you!
